The Fish Guys, Inc., was founded in 1993 with a mission to source the freshest and widest variety of seafood from around the globe and deliver it daily to restaurants and retail partners who understand and appreciate uncompromising quality. With this goal in mind, The Fish Guys quickly became the Midwest’s premier wholesale supplier of fresh and frozen seafood.

After years of providing the region’s finest seafood, we set our sights on becoming a full center-of-the-plate protein provider, so, we started procuring the finest land-based protein programs in the country, and in 2018 came Market House Meats. Shortly thereafter, in 2019, we opened a USDA plant in Northfield, MN, and were able to again offer additional value to our customers with portion control capabilities.

In 2024, once again, we saw an opportunity to even better service our customers with the addition of Market House Provisions, combining our long-standing knowledge and success in center-of-the-plate with high-end, artisan-crafted specialty products, including oil, spices, cheeses, and more.
