Responsibly Sourced Coho Salmon
At The Fish Guys we have been working closely with Mary and David Smith of Springline Seafood who provide Responsibly Sourced fish offshore of Yakobi Island, Alaska. They line catch Coho Salmon and freeze them directly on their boat. We have played an instrumental role in the processing and delivering of these "frozen at sea" fish that are available at Lunds and Byerly's.
